Instructions for use: Pour a heaping teaspoon of tea into a cup of boiling water. Cover and let steep for 3 minutes or more, as desired. Sweeten if desired. If making iced tea, cool the tea thoroughly and add ice as desired. If adding ice, make the tea stronger. The tea is not suitable for children, pregnant women, and nursing mothers. Best before date: at least until the date printed on the packaging. Store the tea in a cool and dry place, out of reach of children.
