Holy Lama products are predominantly made from natural ingredients, avoiding harsh chemicals or synthetics. Wherever possible, sustainable materials are used for packaging. Less than 1% waste is generated during production, and all waste is repurposed as fuel or animal feed, resulting in an exceptionally low carbon footprint.
Raw materials are sourced primarily from local farmers in Kerala and other parts of India, with whom the company has maintained strong relationships for over seven decades. Holy Lama operates on a no-credit principle, meaning all farmers and suppliers are paid immediately. Factory staff receive fair wages, and farmers are paid fair prices.
Women-Led Enterprise
