What is Tulsi?
Tulsi, also known as Holy Basil, is one of the most revered plants in Ayurveda. Often called the “queen of herbs”, it is rich in beneficial compounds and well known for its adaptogenic properties – supporting the body’s ability to cope with stress and promoting inner balance.
